Dallas, TX · August 14–16, 2026 · In-Person + Livestream

Three days. One working system. Built by you.

Most hackathons are a sprint to impress a judge with a demo that dies on Sunday night. This isn’t that. There are no prizes, no panel to pitch, no winners and losers. You come in with an idea and you leave with a real, working autonomous AI system that you built with your own hands — and the skills to keep building after you go home.

The founding cohort — top tier of the network

More than a hackathon

This isn’t only three days of building. It’s the founding of The Autonomous AI Network — a network of solo operators who run real businesses on systems they built themselves.

The people in this room are its charter members. Everyone who comes after joins a network you helped start. That’s what your seat buys: not a workshop ticket, but founding-member standing in the network, at the ground floor — before it’s open to anyone else.

You leave with a working system, the skills to extend it, and a permanent place among the operators building this thing from the start.

How the three days flow

Three working days, each with its own schedule (all times Central; all meals provided for in-person attendees): Friday, August 14 — 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (8 hours), Saturday, August 15 — 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (5 hours) followed by an evening networking & team-building event, and Sunday, August 16 — 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (8 hours).

Day 1 — Architect

Fri, Aug 14 · 9 AM–5 PM Central · 8 hrs

You learn the architecture before you touch a keyboard: how autonomous agent systems are actually structured, how the pieces fit, and how to design yours. By end of day you have a blueprint for the system you’re going to build.

Day 2 — Build

Sat, Aug 15 · 10 AM–3 PM Central · 5 hrs + networking

Heads down, building. With guidance in the room (and on the stream), you stand up your agents, wire them together, and watch the thing start to run. This is the day it becomes real — and afterward, in-person builders gather for an evening networking & team-building event.

Day 3 — Connect & Ship

Sun, Aug 16 · 9 AM–5 PM Central · 8 hrs

You finish, harden, and ship a working system — then connect with the people who built alongside you. You leave with something that runs, not a prototype that doesn’t.

What you’ll do

Build a working multi-agent AI system from the ground up. Set up the foundation, create agents that do real work, wire them to coordinate, and point the whole thing at an actual task. You’ll work hands-on the entire time — this is a build, not a lecture.

What you’ll learn

How autonomous AI systems are architected and run. How to direct AI to build the systems for you, even without a heavy coding background. How agents coordinate, how to keep them reliable, and how to run the whole thing without babysitting it. The same methods used to build and run a real multi-business AI operation. You’ll also cover quantum integration, open-source & GitHub workflows, infrastructure decisions, and server hardening & cybersecurity.

What you’ll build into your system

Four capabilities you’ll wire into the system you build — the same ones real operators run on.

Quantum integration

Connect your system to live quantum hardware. You won’t just learn the theory — you’ll wire your own AI agent system to a real 180-qubit superconducting quantum processor, with guided setup against live quantum access provided for the event. You’ll leave knowing how to integrate quantum into the systems you build.

Open source & GitHub

Build on the open-source moat. Learn to leverage open-source tools and systems the way real operators do — including how to use GitHub to manage and ship your work, and how to build on open foundations instead of renting closed black boxes.

Infrastructure

Choose your own infrastructure. Learn how to make the hosting and hardware decisions yourself: how to choose server hardware for AI workloads, and when to run local versus cloud — so you can build on infrastructure you understand and control, at the cost that fits you.

Security & hardening

Lock it down. A system that runs the business has to be secure. Learn how to harden access to your own server, set up the right firewall and access controls, use tools like Tailscale for secure private access, leverage Cloudflare to shield and accelerate what you build, and apply the cybersecurity practices that keep an autonomous operation safe — so what you build can’t be taken down or broken into.

What you’ll walk away with

A working autonomous system you built yourself. The architecture and the skills to extend it. And the tools and access below — yours to keep.

What’s included

  • Founding membership in The Autonomous AI Network — charter-member standing in the network of solo operators, at the ground floor (the top tier of membership).
  • All three days, fully hosted — every meal provided across all three days (in-person).
  • Free access to the Content Generation Engine — the same system used to produce content at scale, yours to use.
  • Free access to the AI Voice Agent System — deploy voice agents like the ones running across the Mansa businesses.
  • Live quantum access for the event — guided integration of a real 180-qubit superconducting quantum processor into your own agent system.
  • Early Mansa Chain ecosystem access — get in early on the Mansa Chain ecosystem as it expands.
  • Evening networking around Dallas (in-person) — including a dedicated Saturday-evening networking & team-building event after the Day 2 build session.
  • The room itself — three days alongside builders and operators doing this for real.

Who’s in the room

Founders, operators, and builders who are done watching and ready to build. Mixed skill levels — designed so a determined beginner can keep up and a capable builder isn’t bored. What everyone shares is that they’re here to ship something real.
